We are seeking a strategic and results-driven experts – Performance Media to lead our digital performance function in Gurgaon. This role entails end-to-end client campaign ownership—from strategy to execution—ensuring high-impact, data-driven outcomes for clients.
Experience : 3-6 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret and align with clients' overall media objectives, mapping the impact of digital touchpoints across Search, Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic channels
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies based on client briefs and budget limitations.
- Create and oversee integrated execution plans, with optimal allocation across search, social, programmatic, etc.
- Monitor campaign deployment, provide ongoing performance reviews, and implement optimizations.
- Deliver regular reporting—including dashboards, performance data, and insights—to clients.
- Conduct milestone and post-campaign review meetings, sharing findings and identifying new opportunities.
- Assist in refining internal processes, formats, and checklists to enhance delivery quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree; MBA / PG Diploma in Business Management preferred.3–6 years’ experience in performance media, digital media planning, or performance marketing .Demonstrable expertise across Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, Meta Ads,Amazon, Flipkart and affiliate / programmatic technologiesStrong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.Proven experience managing clients and mentoring smaller teams.Comfortable working in cross‑functional environments.Skills & Tools :
Proficient in media planning, optimization, and campaign analytics.Familiarity with keyword planner, reach planner, performance planner, and audience insights tools.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, DV360, etc., preferred.Detail-oriented and process-driven.Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies
