Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, email marketing, and social media management , along with a good understanding of analytics and marketing automation tools . You will support the team in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) :
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page / off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and blog posts for search engines.
Track keyword performance and website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console .
Support link-building and content outreach activities.
Collaborate with content writers, web developers and designers to execute marketing campaigns.
2. Email Marketing :
Create, schedule, and track email campaigns using Mailchimp , HubSpot , or similar platforms.
Build segmented mailing lists and personalize campaign content.
Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize campaign performance.
3. Social Media Marketing :
Manage company pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) .
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts using Buffer , Hootsuite , or Later .
Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign analytics.
4. Analytics & Reporting :
Measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics , Meta Insights , and other tracking tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Support tracking implementation through UTM tagging and conversion tracking.
5. Client Coordination (Preferred) :
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals.
Share performance updates, reports, and optimization plans.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline) – Mandatory Digital Marketing Certification (Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent) — mandatory. Basic to intermediate knowledge of : Email Marketing Tools : Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendinBlue, or ActiveCampaign. Analytics Tools : Google Analytics, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, SEMRush, Ahref etc. Social Media Tools : Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
