We are looking for a highly qualified SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance and Goals Management) Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. In this role, you will utilize your deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors to enhance our clients' performance management processes and align employee goals with organizational objectives.
Your responsibilities will include implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module, providing expert guidance on best practices, and supporting clients through the entire implementation lifecycle. You will also engage in change management initiatives to ensure that clients can maximize the value of their investment in SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments of current performance management processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define performance metrics and goal-setting frameworks
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of the SAP PMGM functionalities
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
- Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to SAP SuccessFactors to provide informed recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in PMGMStrong understanding of HR processes, performance management frameworks, and goal-setting strategiesProficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules and functionalityExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in change management and user training is preferredSkills Required
