ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Member Ops technology teams. This group is at the heart of how we serve our members building the systems that power Tides support risk and back-office operations. From case management platforms to AI-driven automation your teams will make sure our members get seamless fast and reliable support whenever they need us.

This is a role for someone who loves scaling technology and people. Youll partner with Product Risk and Operations leaders to shape the future of our Ops platforms and take our member experience to the next level.
