Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Technical Analyst / Programmer to drive the design, development, and delivery of IT application projects within the Collaborative Applications domain. The role involves close interaction with global business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions built on the Microsoft O365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements.
• Translate architectural specifications into SharePoint and Power Platform-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality code using SharePoint Online (O365), PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SPFx, TypeScript, React, Graph API, and Azure.
• Work in alignment with technical standards and propose enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
• Collaborate with other programmers to share best practices, review code, and ensure consistency across solutions.
• Manage and resolve assigned support tickets, ensuring root cause issues are identified and mitigated.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Work within an Agile environment, maintaining sprint artefacts in tools such as Azure DevOps.
