Engineer / Senior Engineer Production-BIW T

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile) with knowledge of automobile parts

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

3-6 years of experience in design with a strong technical background.

Required Skill Set

• Able to do 3D design & 2D drawing of tooling equipment s for Automatic / Manual line
• Able to calculate Stress, Deflection & Gripper payload
• Knowledge in Pneumatics circuit design
• Able to do validate design & drawings release for manufacturing
• Hands on experience in Tooling Installation & commissioning skill & solve concerns in physical phase
• Required CAD knowledge - ICAD, NX, CATIA, Autocad
• Exposure to all Body shop process
• Manufacturing Process Understanding
• Robot & Human simulation skill using Process Simulate
• Knowledge in GD & T and ISO standards for mechanical design
• Ergonomic & Safety standard knowledge
• Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operation
