About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations headquartered in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer / wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.
• Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.
• Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives / beauty advisors’ team.
• Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
