Job Title : Area Sales Manager – Hyderabad HQ-Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region (Cosmetics Industry preferred)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations headquartered in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) . The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer / wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.
• Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.
• Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives / beauty advisors’ team.
• Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
