Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tandoor Chef located in Goa, India. The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoori dishes, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, and ensuring food quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include marinating meats, baking bread, and operating the tandoor oven. The chef will also be involved in food presentation, inventory management, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless culinary experience for our guests.
