Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – Zyeta group of companies

Location : Bangalore (Global HQ)

Reports To : Founders

Region : India & Singapore

Role Overview

Zyeta has entered a high-growth phase across India and Singapore and is looking for a strategic, decisive, and execution-driven CHRO to lead its people strategy.

This is not a reactive HR role. It is a strategic leadership position that demands strong business acumen, organizational foresight, and the ability to align people systems with company vision, values, and growth ambitions.

The CHRO will translate the founders’ vision into actionable people strategies, building a culture of discipline, ownership, and uncompromising accountability , ensuring every policy and system drives performance, alignment, and execution excellence while remaining people-centric and globally compliant.

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision Alignment

Partner directly with the founders to translate Zyeta’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy into precise, measurable HR frameworks that accelerate business outcomes.

  • Build prescriptive, forward-looking HR strategies that proactively anticipate organizational challenges (not reactive firefighting), institutionalize scalable systems for growth, and eliminate reactive, short-term fixes.
  • Champion and strengthen the company’s strategic initiatives and leadership programs already in motion such as EYS, and TOD frameworks ensuring every leader and team operates with discipline, ownership, and accountability .
  • Establish HR as a true business enabler , driving clarity, consistency, and executional excellence across India and Singapore. Create HR systems that strengthen Zyeta’s culture of ownership, speed, and high performance.

2. Organizational Design & Scale Enablement

  • Architect scalable structures to support multi-city and international expansion (India + Singapore whichever the other geographies Zyeta & 2gethr would expand).
  • Align org design, reporting structures, and leadership bandwidth with business growth plans.
  • Partner with Sales and finance leadership teams by catching up with them through weekly meetings, to forecast workforce needs, budgets, and leadership pipelines.
  • 3. Leadership Development & Culture Stewardship

  • Develop strong second-line leaders who embody Zyeta’s DNA, drivers of culture and results, not empathy campaigners.
  • Launch high-impact programs like Bar Raiser , Tour of Duty , and Leadership 360 , building leaders who “get things done” with purpose and integrity.
  • Ensure culture and performance are measured through tangible outcomes, not sentiment.
  • 4. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Build talent acquisition systems for speed and accuracy, ensuring attitude, culture, and capability fit.
  • Strengthen employer branding and internal mobility programs to drive retention and pride.
  • Design a robust succession planning framework that raises the overall talent density across the company.
  • 5. Performance, Compensation & Governance

  • Build transparent, data-backed PMS systems that align individual and company goals.
  • Drive rewards, recognition, and performance-linked variable structures that reinforce accountability.
  • Ensure statutory, labor, and data protection compliance across all regions.
  • 6. HR Operations, Systems & Analytics

  • Implement a unified HRMS across India and Singapore for real-time visibility and analytics.
  • Use PMS, task management tools, data-driven insights to guide decisions on productivity, engagement, and organizational health.
  • Institutionalize efficient HR operations that match Zyeta and its group of companies’ culture of agility and precision.
  • Implement strong HR operations & engagement practices by having the right people leading these in the teams, guiding, strategizing these things well.
  • 7. Innovation & thought leadership

  • We expect the CHRO to bring innovative, out-of-the-box ideas that redefine onboarding and employee engagement for entire employee lifecycle, growth planning for best performing candidates, creating some of the most dynamic and memorable experiences in the industry while maintaining operational excellence and consistency across India and Singapore.
  • 8. Leadership at Zyeta

  • 9. Building Systems and Rituals that Shape Culture

  • At Zyeta, rituals build culture , not slogans or posters. The CHRO will be responsible for institutionalizing rituals that embed our values of discipline, ownership, and excellence into everyday systems and practices.
  • Design and sustain meaningful organizational rituals , from onboarding journeys and learning huddles to recognition formats and leadership syncs, that reinforce who we are and how we work. Every process, interaction, and routine should reflect Zyeta’s DNA and strengthen our culture across geographies.
  • The focus is on systems that sustain behavior , not one-time events, ensuring that our ways of working become our competitive advantage and remain consistent as we scale globally.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth, people-intensive industries (Design, Technology, or Consulting preferred).
  • Proven success as a strategic HR business leader who partners with founders and translates vision into systems and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate, design, and execute for scale.
  • Deep understanding of Indian HR law , exposure to international HR practices (Singapore preferred).
  • A leader who is prescriptive, disciplined, data-driven , and capable of balancing people centric systems with execution, vision, mission.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams , shape culture, and drive accountability at all levels.
