Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive media sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead national / regional sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new revenue streams, monetization opportunities, and partnerships.
Client & Agency Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand decision-makers.Oversee key accounts and high-value negotiations, including long-term media deals.Drive innovation in client solutions – branded content, sponsorships, integrations, and performance-based models.Revenue Planning & Forecasting
Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and pipeline projections.Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams for accurate forecasting and inventory management.Team Development
Mentor, train, and inspire a team of sales managers and executives.Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.10–15 years of experience in media sales, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in managing large-scale ad sales teams and meeting revenue targets.Strong understanding of media buying / planning, digital programmatic sales, and brand marketing strategies.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Existing network of media agencies and brand marketers is a strong advantage.Preferred Skills :
Cross-platform sales experience (TV, Digital, OTT, Print, OOH).Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ad-tech, data-driven sales models, and audience targeting.Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting systems.Skills Required
