Meta & Google Ads Expert – Fintech

We are a fintech platform redefining access to secured and unsecured loans for SMEs, business owners, and builders. We are looking for a Meta & Google Ads Expert to drive performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns targeting borrowers, SMEs, CAs, and builders.
• Manage CPL, CTR, ROAS, and loan conversion optimization .
• Build and maintain pixels, conversion APIs, and tracking dashboards .
• Ensure G2 verification and compliance with Meta & Google policies for financial services.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for integrated growth campaigns .
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, keywords, and audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly ROI reports .
