- Recruit and develop insurance partners.
- Train and support them to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Drive Life Insurance sales through meetings & referrals.
- Track partner performance and ensure business growth.
- Maintain customer relations and required documentation.
- Plan daily / weekly activities and share reports.
