Position : Regional Business Head (RBH)
Role Overview
Hiring a Regional Business Head (RBH) for a reputed Life Insurance client. The role involves leading the region's Banca channel business through effective team and partner management. The RBH will be responsible for handling 6 to 8 Cluster Business Managers (CBMs) , and each CBM will further lead a team of 6 to 8 Relationship Managers (RMs) . Each RM manages 7 to 8 bank branches to drive life insurance business growth and sales activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide CBMs & RMs to achieve business targets across assigned bank branches.
- Drive business performance through strategic planning and execution at the branch level.
- Ensure strong partner relationship management with branch leaders and partner stakeholders.
- Monitor branch-wise productivity, sales processes, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Conduct regular joint field visits for business development and team coaching.
- Ensure compliance, quality recruitment, training, and retention of the sales team.
- Report performance metrics and growth plans to senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
Experience Level : Must be currently working in L2 Branch Manager / Branch Handling role in Life Insurance Banca channelChannel Experience : Mandatory Banca Channel experience onlyIndustry : Life Insurance (Banca), not Agency or Direct SalesPerformance : Must have received at least one promotion in the current organizationSkills Required
