Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Expert to join our brand specializing in high-quality shapewear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies to amplify brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the ability to build strong partnerships that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s goals, target audience, and sales objectives.
• Influencer Identification : Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's values, aesthetics, and audience.
• Campaign Management : Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to negotiation, briefing, and content approvals.
• Content Collaboration : Work closely with influencers to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that showcases our products effectively.
• Budget Management : Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI while maintaining transparency and cost efficiency.
• Performance Tracking : Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging influencers to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Partnership Development : Foster long-term partnerships with key influencers, ensuring mutual growth and consistent brand advocacy.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing efforts.
