Position : Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager

Department : Media & Strategy

Report To : COO / CEO

✅ What you’ll do at LMC :

1) Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and creators across platforms

2) Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients

3) Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables

4) Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand goals

5) Track performance, create reports, and ensure ROI

✅ What we’re looking for :

1) 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management

2) Strong knowledge of influencer platforms and social media trends

3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4) Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

5) Comfortable with reporting and performance tracking
