Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Program Manager – Influencer Marketing
to lead end-to-end campaign execution across multiple brands. This person will manage creators, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure every campaign is delivered seamlessly — from strategy to reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns from brief to final delivery
Manage client communication, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Develop campaign strategies, content calendars, and creative approaches aligned with brand objectives.
Negotiate influencer deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee content review and ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare detailed post-campaign reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
Collaborate closely with the strategy, creative, and analytics teams for better campaign outcomes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and insights.
Prior experience in an influencer marketing agency or digital-first brand is a plus.
