Position : Executive Assistant to Founder

Role Overview :
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle project coordination and business analysis across our real estate, hospitality, and new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Founder’s schedule, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and teams.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist with project documentation.
- Support analysis and reporting for ongoing and upcoming ventures.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely execution of action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate in Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or related field.1–5 years of experience as an EA, project coordinator, or similar role.Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Analytical mindset with excellent written and spoken English / Hindi.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.What We Offer
