We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns, managing content strategy, and growing brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and digital initiatives to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- You can monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in content innovation.
2. Content Oversight & Collaboration
Manage the content team, including writers, video editors, and graphic designers.Approve and ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content for all platforms.Could you collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate campaigns with lead generation objectives?3. Performance & Analytics
Track social media KPIs, including engagement, reach, lead generation, and conversions.Optimize campaigns using analytics insights to improve performance.Report monthly performance metrics and propose strategies for improvement.4. Community Management
Oversee online community engagement, comments, DMs, and feedback on social media platforms.Build and maintain strong brand-consumer relationships through timely communication.Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager (3–6 years preferred).Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form video platforms.Experience managing content teams and coordinating creative workflows.Ability to develop data-driven strategies and analyze social media metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skillsKnowledge of social media advertising, SEO, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
