Role Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can bring both strategic thinking and creative intelligence to our digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Should be open to work US hours.
What You’ll Do
- Own the performance marketing strategy & execution across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
- Analyze creative performance and guide the design / content teams with data-backed insights
- Lead experimentation with ad formats, audience segments, and creative approaches
- Build performance dashboards and translate metrics into meaningful business outcomes
- Collaborate with client strategy and growth teams to optimize budgets and drive ROAS
- Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech, attribution, and creative optimization trends
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media strategyProven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics toolsStrong understanding of creative optimization, audience strategy, and conversion funnelsA mix of data-driven and creative thinkingExperience leading small teams or managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
