Job description5-10 years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing roles. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake architecture and features. Experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi. Familiarity with data modeling concepts and practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries and Snowflake environments. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a deep understanding of Snowflake's capabilities to design, implement, and optimize data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models in Snowflake to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and ETL tools.
- Monitor and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Implement security and access control measures in Snowflake.
