About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Onboarding
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and smooth onboarding for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication programs.Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.4. Performance Management
Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes.Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives.5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with the finance / payroll team for monthly salary processing.Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration.6.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in human resourcesMBA / PGDM in HR (preferred).4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
