Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers & generate leads

Explain furniture products, offers & services to clients

Follow up on enquiries from website, social media & walk-ins

Maintain call records, customer database & daily follow-ups

Schedule showroom visits / sales appointments for Sales Team

Support marketing campaigns & collect feedback from customers

Requirements :

3 years experience in telecalling / customer service

Good communication skills in Hindi & fluent English

Confident, polite & persuasive calling style

Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry)

Target-oriented and good at follow-ups
