Job Summary :

We are looking for a Telecaller Sales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, explain product benefits, drive sales, and provide guidance on our health & wellness supplements. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, managing queries, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote health & wellness products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a simple, trustworthy manner.
• Handle inbound calls, queries, concerns, and assist with placing orders.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads to maximise conversions.
• Update customer information and interactions in the system.
• Achieve daily / weekly sales and call targets.
• Provide polite, empathetic, and accurate assistance at all times.
