Oracle PL / SQL Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL / SQL code to support business-critical workflows and financial analysis functions.
• Collaborate closely with RJ managers, Financial Analysts, and auditors to design and implement review, control, and audit functionalities.
• Lead and contribute to solutions ensuring data integrity, compliance, and transparent reporting for audit and certification requirements.
• Support creation and maintenance of control frameworks in line with potential auditor and certification bodies' standards.
• Work effectively within an Agile SDLC to deliver features incrementally and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Coordinate with the team (5 members) to ensure timely delivery and quality adherence of assigned modules and ETL jobs, leveraging Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as needed (preferred but not mandatory).
• Facilitate pre-sales activities, solution validation, and ensure technical alignment between proposed solutions and compliance needs.
• Assist in defining best practices for control testing and audit preparations related to financial systems workflows.
