Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or one large complex project. Under the guidance of a lead Architect, this role serves as a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Solution Architect will engage directly with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze information, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Location : Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM )

Mandatory skills : Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration experience is mandatory

Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead AvalonBays transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
• Redesign data model (replace custom objects with standard Lead / Opportunity where applicable).
• Configure Lightning features : Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.
• Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.
• Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
• Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning.
