As a

Lead IT CISO

you will lead the charge in securing both IT and OT landscapes. You'll drive enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience while shaping strategy across threat intelligence, incident response, vendor security, and employee awareness. Your Role & Responsibilities :

Design and implement a information security strategy

Lead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resources

Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)

Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls

Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environments

Oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviews

Provide reports to senior leadership on security matters

Oversee security awareness and training programs

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity

Specialization : Cybersecurity

Certifications : CISA, ISO 27001, CEH, GDPR

Experience : 10+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in a publicly listed company
