Jewellery Operations Executive

Location : Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Operations Executive located in Mumbai. The Jewellery Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of jewelry design, coordinating with customers to ensure exceptional customer service, and overseeing polishing and finishing of jewelry pieces. This role will also include training team members on various aspects of fashion jewelry design and production.

Qualifications

• Skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Polishing and finishing of jewelry
• Training and team management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Gemology, or a related field
