We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead operations at a luxury jewellery boutique in Noida. This role requires a results-driven leader who can inspire a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive both sales and operational excellence in line with luxury retail standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric experiences.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, retail protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage in-store visual merchandising in alignment with brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.
- Conduct regular audits for hygiene, stock accuracy, compliance, and security.
2. Sales & Performance Management
Drive category-wise sales performance and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average ticket size, and walk-in trends to optimize sales.Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and repeat business.Partner with merchandising teams for stock planning and replenishment.3. Team Leadership & Training
Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team, including RSOs, cashiers, greeters, and support staff.Conduct ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and service excellence.Support career development planning and evaluate team performance regularly.4. Customer Experience Excellence
Ensure every client interaction reflects luxury brand standards.Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.Foster a “Customer First” culture across the team.Use customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in store satisfaction.5. Inventory & Loss Prevention
Oversee daily stock management, including opening, closing, transfers, and reporting.Collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize dead stock.Implement and monitor loss prevention measures, training staff on safety and security protocols.Supervise locker security and stock transfer processes.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven leadership and team management skills.Passion for luxury retail, customer service, and jewellery.Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of KPIs and retail metrics.High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and business acumen.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred : Retail Management, Business, or related).Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (luxury retail or jewellery preferred).Fluency in English and local language (Hindi for Noida / Delhi, Kannada for Bengaluru).Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
