Job description

Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

We seek an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee the efficient management of shipments, customs clearance and freight forwarding services.

  • Responsibilities include :
  • Booking Containers : Coordinate with local Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Tracking Shipments : Provide timely updates to buyers regarding shipment status and estimated delivery dates.
  • Cargo Insurance : Arrange insurance for cargo and obtain relevant certificates.
  • Freight Costs Database : Maintain a comprehensive database of freight costs per lane.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and export operations.
  • Relationships : Established relationships with local Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders.
  • Work Arrangement : Part-time contract or minimum 15 hours per week.
