Role Overview :

Medvarsity, Asia’s largest Medical EdTech company, is seeking an accomplished Quality & TQM leader to establish and drive a holistic quality management framework across business operations, product delivery, and customer experience. The incumbent will lead the development of 1SO-aligned quality systems, implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across Medvarsity’s education and technology functions. This is a senior role suited for professionals with deep exposure to quality systems in education, healthcare, or regulated industries, capable of integrating process excellence into every layer of business growth and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Quality Leadership

• Design and institutionalize the organization-wide Quality & TQM framework aligned with ISO standards, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
• Establish robust quality governance mechanisms covering academic content, platform delivery, learner engagement, and customer operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate quality KPIs into enterprise dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
