The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Brand Manager to make ProteinChef India’s largest and most loved brand for Everyday High Protein Food.

Someone who can connect brand thinking (insight, positioning, differentiation) with brand doing (campaigns, communication, packaging, go-to-market).

You’ll own the brand end-to-end — from strategy to execution - ensuring every touchpoint reflects our promise : Protein for Everyone, Every Day.

This role is built for someone who doesn’t just plan campaigns - they build brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Translate Protein Chef’s positioning of “Protein for Everyone, Every Day” into actionable brand plans and campaign roadmaps.
  • Identify where the brand stands today, where it needs to go, and what brand actions will get us there.
  • Analyze consumer insights, category trends, and competition to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
  • Evolve brand positioning, tone, and visual language to keep Protein Chef ahead of the curve.
  • Build and execute annual and quarterly brand calendars aligned with business and revenue goals with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

Brand Building & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute large-scale brand campaigns — across digital, revenue channels and offline
  • Partner with creative, design, and social teams to bring campaigns to life with high creative and executional excellence.
  • Drive consistent storytelling across ads, packaging, reels and website — building one clear, cohesive brand voice.
  • Oversee brand activations and partnerships that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI’s) and course-correct for maximum impact.
  • Packaging & Product Communication

  • Own packaging development end-to-end — from brief to final execution.
  • Work with design, R&D and go-live teams to deliver packs that are on-brand, on-time, and on-point.
  • Define pack architecture, naming, claims, and communication hierarchy to ensure consistency across SKUs.
  • Build packaging systems that scale across categories while keeping strong brand recall.
  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revenue, production, and NPD teams to align on product launches and go-to-market plan
  • Manage external creative, design, and production agencies and partners to deliver high-quality output.
  • Own project timelines, briefs, communication and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Performance & Brand Health

  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs across awareness, engagement, and sales metrics.
  • Present monthly brand dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in core brand management
  • Brand Management experience in consumer facing brands in FMCG / Food / Beauty / Personal Care is a must.
  • Strong mix of brand thinking + execution ability - can connect long-term brand strategy with short-term action.
  • Proven experience in owning brand campaigns, creative projects, and execution end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, creative briefing, and stakeholder management.
  • High sense of ownership - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • An eye for great work and a bias for getting things done.
