Urgent : Marketing Manager

We, M / s. Navitas Insulators Private Limited, having office at Bangalore, is engaged in Manufacturing and Exports of Composite Polymer Insulators and Surge Arresters, used in overhead Power Transmission and Distribution Lines. We are an ISO 9001 company manufacturing these products since 2008 and are supplying to major Power Utilites, EPC and Turnkey Contractors.

Role Description

We are looking for full time Marketing Executive OR Marketing Manager to be based in Chennai for our products in Renewable Energy Companies like Wind and Solar Power Producers and EPC contractors working in renewable segments. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for : -

Sourcing Datas

1.

Sourcing accurate details of customers through their own contacts and networks and from various online and offline sources of Purchase Managers and Decision Makers.

2.

Maintaining and updating database from time to time on company’s template.

3.

Client acquisition

4.

Updating weekly customer visit and interaction details to company.

Sales Meeting

1.

Preparing for sales meeting with target clients

2.

Introduction of our company and products

3.

Getting Inquiries from the target customers.

4.

Sending Offers to customers in prescribes format.

5.

Follow-up for orders.

6.

Attend Negotiation meeting

7.

Booking Orders

8.

Following up for payment.

Sales Proposal

1.

Getting Inquiries from the target customers.

2.

Sending Offers to customers in prescribed format.

3.

Follow-up for orders.

4.

Attend Negotiation meeting

5.

Booking Orders

6.

Following up for payment.

7.

Maintaining Sales Quotation v / s Sales Order list

Client Coordination

1.

Keeping touch with all the customers on regular basis.

2.

Develop New Customers.

3.

Coordinate with operation team from contract to completion of orders.

4.

Attend monthly meetings with company to discuss market strategies / challenges and prospects with company on monthly basis.

5.

Attend monthly meeting and training at company’s premises.

Qualifications

1. BBA / MBA in marketing having experience in renewable energy sectors.

2. Graduate in any discipline who are having minimum 2-3 years' experience in Marketing and Business Development in Renewable Energy Sectors, like Wind and Solar Poer Producers and EPC companies.
