What you’ll do :
AI search architect : Optimise content specifically for AI summarising engines and agentic systems. You'll structure content with question-based formatting, semantic entities, clean fact patterns, and credible citations that AI models love to reference.Schema & structured data engineer : Implement and maintain modern structured data (schema.org, JSON-LD) to improve how AI agents and search engines understand our content. Run technical audits using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and JetOctopus.AI-powered content producer : Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate content outlines, create high-quality drafts, and refine them to match brand voice.Search behaviour analyst : Track emerging search patterns across conversational queries, multimodal search, and long-form questions. Monitor performance in Google Search Console and AI search platforms to identify gaps where the content isn't surfacing.Entity & topical strategist : Map semantic entities, build topical clusters, and handle keyword research that goes beyond traditional SEO into how AI models understand topics and relationships.Cross-platform search optimiser : Work with social teams on optimising content for TikTok and Instagram search through caption structuring, keyword placement, and entity tagging. Modern SEO foundation with AI curiosity : You have solid SEO fundamentals, but you're itching to move beyond legacy tactics. You're obsessed with AI — you use it daily, follow every platform change, and understand the content patterns AI models reward.Technical without being a developer : You can think structurally about schema, indexing, and content architecture. You're comfortable with data tools (GSC, GA4, Looker, spreadsheets) and can analyse search patterns without needing to codeContent strategist, not just writer : You have strong instincts for content structuring and understand entity SEO, semantic search, and topical clustering. You know how to make content both human-friendly and machine-readable.Systems thinker : You see search as an ecosystem. You understand how different channels influence each other and can think holistically about search visibility.Analytically curious : You spot patterns, identify gaps, and get excited about experimenting with "search beyond SERPs."
