Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager who can connect strategy, storytelling, and brand communication with business outcomes.
This role is central to how Neo speaks — across videos, podcasts, long-form content, websites, and social channels. You’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee content that builds credibility with clients, partners, and the industry, while scaling Neo’s presence across digital platforms.
You don’t need to be a writer — but you must know what good content looks like, how to brief it, and how to distribute it effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between marketing and business / product teams for all content needs.
- Manage end-to-end development of AVs and podcasts — concept notes, scripts,
- Manage social media channels for the business.
- Oversee website content (Group, Wealth, Partners, Asset Management, Insurance).
- Lead coordination for event collaterals — scripts, cue sheets, speaking notes, and social content.
- Track timelines, approvals, and compliance processes across projects.
Required Skills & Experience
6–9 years of experience in content strategy, communications, or marketing .Proven track record of growing a digital channel — ideally LinkedIn or YouTube — with measurable results.Strong understanding of financial, business, or premium consumer segments .Familiarity with video content workflows and analytics.Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.Sharp sense of judgment in evaluating content tone, accuracy, and brand fit.Ideal Candidate
