Manager - Retail Expansion (West and South Region)

Job Description

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the retail footprint in West and South regions.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the fashion / apparel sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of store openings, including site selection and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed business proposals and performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards across all business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in business development within the retail industry, specifically in fashion / apparel.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in the West and South regions.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
