Required Skills & Experience :
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance (Policy, Claims, Billing, or Underwriting systems).
Hands-on experience in system integration, data migration, or modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of insurance data models, ACORD standards, and downstream interfaces.
Experience working with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, or other P&C platforms is highly preferred.
Ability to create data mapping, use cases, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis documentation.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and SQL (for basic data validation).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure) or API-based integrations.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS, CBAP) are a plus.
