Role / Job Description

Responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of the Emerging Markets Analytics function, providing strong analytics and CI support to enable business growth

Manage Power BI and other business analytical tools; analyse datasets such as IQVIA to create periodic reports (monthly / quarterly as relevant) with product and country / region level analytics

Work with stakeholders to develop analytical solutions and reports which provide actionable insights for the leaderships and commercial teams

Develop and manage sophisticated forecasting tools and models for the products and countries in the Emerging Markets’ portfolio

Work with the competitive intelligence teams to provide market intelligence analytics for current and future products in the portfolio

Liaise with the relevant teams to provide sophisticated forecasting and business case analytical support for new molecule evaluation

Participate in commercial discussions with key partners, collaborate in developing business cases and driving business decisions

Strong strategic thinking skills

Skills :

MBA from a top tier B-school preferred

Background in business analytics and forecasting

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Experience with handling and analyzing IQVIA-type datasets and using business analytics tools such as Power BI

3+ years of work experience in Pharma / Biotech – industry or management consulting – preferred
