About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity or IT sales to join our growing team in Chennai . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and is passionate about helping businesses protect their digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for cybersecurity products and services.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Understand client needs and propose the right mix of solutions (Penetration Testing, SOC, SIEM, endpoint security, cloud security, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts.
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive long-term business value.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to leadership.
- Travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and events.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales / business development .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's is a plus).Ability to work independently and drive results.Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.Why Join Us
