Role Summary :

This role involves strategic planning, implementation of robust security measures, and leadership in the development and execution of infrastructure and security policies. The Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, and safeguarding it against cyber threats.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic plans for IT infrastructure and cyber security in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and cyber security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end to end development and growth of talent.
• Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure-related services and products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security policies and procedures to protect the organization s data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to IT infrastructure and cyber security.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.

Experience :

Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security roles, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership position.

Proven track record of managing complex IT environments and security frameworks.
