Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll in India.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to manage employee data and benefits integration.
• Maintain payroll records and generate periodic reports for management review.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries and provide solutions proactively.
• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll system efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants to ensure payroll compliance.

• A successful Payroll Manager should have :
