We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Trakwise support resource

Trackwise L2 Support for onprimse and Digital version of trackwise for a lifesciences client.

• Strong understanding of drug discovery or related life science industry experience is required. Strong knowledge in GLP / GMP process / GXP process
• Need overall 3 / 4 yrs experience in supporting L2 TrackWise .
• Work independently on the L2 support issues, including End user support and training.
• Communicate with US / UK based client-based teams.
• Work in 3pm to 12am(Midnight) shift
