Estuate - Business Intelligence Developer - Incorta

Job Description - BI Developer - Incorta Offshore (Mid- Senior : Estuate Software Pvt. Ltd.

Experience : 6+ years

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and support grooming of user stories.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Perform data modeling and design scalable, high-performance data solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards / reports in BI and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Ensure best practices in data management, transformation, and reporting Skills :
• Data Modeling : Strong hands-on experience with data modeling principles and best practices.
• SQL : Expert-level SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and optimization.
• Python & PySpark : Intermediate to advanced proficiency; working knowledge of Spark is preferred.
• ETL Tools : Experience with at least one ETL platform (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage).
• Data Warehousing : Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Modern Databases : Exposure to platforms like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Redshift.
• BI / Reporting Tools : Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI; Incorta experience is a strong plus.
• ERP Systems : Familiarity with ERP applications (Oracle EBS preferred); functional expertise will be an to Have :
• Prior hands-on experience with Incorta in data modeling, reporting, or visualization.
• Project experience in data visualization and reporting using Incorta.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and communication skills.
