Business Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a skilled BI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing complex SQL queries, working with Oracle Financials databases, and managing large-scale data extraction and processing pipelines using AWS technologies.

You will play a key role in data mining, reporting, and supporting business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop complex SQL queries involving multiple Oracle tables to extract, analyze, and report data according to business requirements.
• Perform data crunching and mining to generate actionable business insights.
• Build, operate, and maintain highly available, distributed data systems for extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and automate reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and KPIs.
• Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout data processing workflows.
• Manage ETL processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and other AWS services to streamline data ingestion and transformation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and AWS resources to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Participate in data architecture and strategy discussions to improve data accessibility and usability.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing insights through data analysis and visualization.
• Document data models, processes, and workflows for team knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, AWS technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
