Digital Marketing Consultant (Salesforce Focus)

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Data Marketing practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and work on projects comprising a multidisciplinary team of members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant supports pre-sales activities, end-to-end implementation delivery, and run activities (campaigns, AMS, and user support). This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and,based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets / exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews, etc)
• Capture, understand, and analyse client user requirements and objectives
• Performs “As-Is” and Fit / Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advises the client on solution options / offerings
• Require hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration)
• Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
• Engage the internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing, and solution delivery
• Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training material,s etc.)
• Conduct testing and training on the implemented solution
• Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Providing support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)
• Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertise : Marketing on core platform, Data Cloud, Loyalty, and Personalization
