Role : Solution / Technical Architect – Salesforce CPQ + Billing (Revenue Cloud)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Salesforce CPQ + Billing (Revenue Cloud) solutions.
• Drive Quote-to-Cash implementations , including invoicing, revenue recognition, amendments, renewals.
• Integrate Salesforce Billing with payment gateways (Chargent, CyberSource, Stripe, Autopay).
• Design and document scalable, high-performance integration patterns with ERP (SAP / NetSuite), CLM (DocuSign, Conga).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers, while ensuring technical governance and best practices .

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution / Technical Architect in Salesforce CPQ + Billing projects.
• Hands-on integration with payment platforms and ERP / CLM tools .
• Strong skills in product modeling, pricing rules, approvals, revenue recognition .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
