Job Summary (List Format) – Salesforce Consultant fro a leading product based MNC

Location - Hyderabad

Shift - UK shift 12 Pm to 9 pm

Experience Range - 6+ years

Work Mode - 3 days wfo (Hybrid)

• Enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions, primarily Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Implement configuration, customization, and development according to best practices.
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce technical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.
• Lead the design and flow of Salesforce solution integrations between different platforms.
• Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Salesforce team members.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Director and Executive-level stakeholders on both business and technical matters.
• Conduct systems audits, gather requirements, and map processes.
• Prepare functional and technical design documentation.
• Create data architecture and entity relationship diagrams.
• Develop end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT processes.
