We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant to join our Salesforce practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personnalization Consultant supports pre-sales activities, deep-dive into new Marketing Cloud products and end-to-end implementation delivery. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets / exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives.
The responsibilities include :
- Conduct technical & functional workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc)
- Capture, understand and analyse client user requirements and objectives
- Performs “As-Is” and Fit / Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options / offerings
- Require hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration)
- Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
- Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
- Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc)
- Conduct testing and training on implemented solution
- Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
- Providing support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)
- Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertise
Must have
4-8 years of relevant working experience with IT and / or business teams, with 3 years on SFMCGood analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills with foundation in marketing best practicesDeep functional expertise on SFMC : Journey builder, automation studio, content builder, mobile studio, contact builder, email studio, intelligence reportsEffective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)Coding experience on HTML-CSS, SQL & AMP scriptingSalesforce Marketing Cloud CertificationsHighly motivated, resourceful and success orientedAble to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation teamSalesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to haveTravel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expectedNice to have
