Sales Calling Executive – Full-Time (US Shift)
Location : Kolkata (Work from Office)
Shift Timing : US Shift (Night Shift)

We're looking for an experienced Sales Calling Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata . If you're ready to take on high-impact sales calls and drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote our products / services
Be comfortable conducting sales conversations over video calls
Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections with confidence
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to improve call strategies and campaign success
Requirements :
1 year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar voice process is preferred (especially in international calling), but not mandatory
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills
Bold, confident, and persuasive communication style
Ability to work in a night shift (US hours) from our Kolkata office
Strong work ethic and target-driven attitude
Preferred :
Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
Prior experience in international sales or US outbound calling
Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
