Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Administrator with strong expertise in HANA system architecture, administration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, upgrades, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and system monitoring in complex HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HANA installation, patching, upgrades, and migrations (HANA 1.0 → 2.0, MDC setup, DB client upgrades).
• Manage system monitoring, alert handling, performance analysis, health checks , and troubleshooting of database issues.
• Ensure system availability through backup & recovery, disaster recovery setup, and license management.
• Conduct user / role management, audit log management, parameter configuration , and performance tuning.
• Handle P1 / P2 incidents with timely resolution and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Support problem management, service requests, and change management activities.
• Collaborate in international teams , contribute to knowledge sharing , and mentor junior team members.
• Provide workshops, training, and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to system optimization, process improvement, and tool development .
