Position Overview
The Global Demand Center at Cvent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Team Lead for the Marketing Technology team. This role is vital in optimizing our go-to-market technology stack, account-based marketing, and personalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage Go-to-Market Technology Stack
Enhance the “Go-to-Market” technology stack, including revenue marketing tech, ABM, and personalization tools.
Implement and oversee advanced marketing technologies (e.g., 6sense, chat solutions).
Lead the technical implementation and ongoing management of new go-to-market tools.
2. Integration and Implementation
Oversee technical integrations across marketing and sales platforms.
Transform prospect and customer interactions by integrating chat solutions with marketing tools.
Optimize sales-supporting systems like Reachdesk to align with business goals.
3. Campaign Attribution and Reporting
Support and improve campaign attribution strategies for accurate tracking and analysis.
Develop and manage comprehensive reporting frameworks to assess technology-driven marketing efforts.
Maintain ABM dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.
4. Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement
Analyze chatbot performance and drive data-based improvements to boost engagement.
Lead initiatives to enhance marketing and sales enablement technologies.
Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and ongoing optimization.
5. Training and Support
Deliver effective training on go-to-market tools and processes to ensure full team adoption.
Support campaign attribution and reporting by providing accurate, actionable data to stakeholders.
6. Technical Expertise and Leadership
Act as a technical expert, onboarding and optimizing new and existing marketing technologies.
Guide the team in maximizing the potential of our technical resources.
7. Gap Identification and Requirements Development
Identify process gaps and develop requirements to automate manual tasks, boosting efficiency.
Innovate solutions to streamline marketing workflows and drive productivity.
8. Evaluation of New Technologies
Assess new marketing technologies for alignment with business goals, ensuring Cvent remains ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong project management skills : attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, project planning, and deadline management with diverse teams.
Extensive experience with go-to-market tools such as :
ABM : 6sense, DemandBase
Chat : Drift, Qualified, Avaamo
Gifting : Reachdesk, Sendoso
AI : ChatGPT, Microsoft Azure, Claude, Google Gemini, Glean, etc.
Web : CHEQ, OneTrust
iPaaS : Zapier, Tray.io, Informatica
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and simplifying complex procedures.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience with marketing technologies (including automation platforms, CRM, and database systems).
Strong understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; strong command of English.
Self-motivated, analytical, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a team environment.
